Bitget and WIW3CH have developed a roadmap for supporting women in Web3 • Happy Coin News

, the world’s largest universal exchange (UEX), announced a strategic partnership with , a leading organization dedicated to empowering women in the Web3 sector. The collaboration is part of its flagship initiative. Bitget Blockchain4Her and aims to remove barriers for women through high-level educational content and the development of a professional community.

The partnership kicks off with an exclusive podcast with Bitget CEO , where she will share her career journey and offer strategic advice to women in the Block-industry. In addition to multimedia content, the two organizations will jointly release a series of educational materials to help the WIW3CH community build their career trajectory, improve their technical literacy, and better navigate the rapidly changing Web3 space.

To further bridge the gap between education and career opportunities, Bitget offers three VIP annual WIW3CH memberships. These exclusive passes provide free or discounted entry to industry workshops and conferences, as well as early access to specialized educational modules. In addition to training, memberships provide access to closed networking channels, working groups, and priority consideration for future scholarships.

Since its launch in early 2024, the Blockchain4Her initiative has been built on four pillars: Support, Empowerment, Education, and Engagement. The program was recently expanded with the “Lady Forward” campaign, which increased the number of university partnerships and launched the Female Leaders Program to connect women in the blockchain ecosystem—developers, investors, and entrepreneurs. To date, the initiative has awarded grants to 11 women-founded startups through the Pitch n’ Slay competition and reached hundreds of thousands of participants through global events and partnerships.

“In my experience, genuine communities are critical to navigating this male-dominated industry,” noted Bitget CEO Gracy Chen. “They provide the security and confidence needed to participate in investments and decision-making. We chose to partner with WIW3CH because of their genuine commitment to diversity; together, we can provide quality resources to ensure women’s perspectives drive the next wave of innovation.”

WIW3CH provides a comprehensive support system through specialized workshops, a pool of experts, and structured mentoring programs. In partnership with global players like Bitget, the organization continues to scale its mission to create a collaborative ecosystem where women can develop and succeed.

“Our mission is to create a safe environment where women in tech can support each other through collaborative opportunities. Our partnership with Bitget allows us to scale our impact and equip our participants with the practical, institutional knowledge needed to lead in this field,” noted WIW3CH President Alia Das Gupta.

This announcement continues Bitget’s series of social initiatives, including its ongoing partnership with UNICEF. The project aims to train 300,000 people (90% of whom are women and girls) in digital and Block- skills, ensuring an inclusive future for the financial system from its very inception.
