Then Altcoyin falls into a “consolidation trap,” a period when an asset moves sideways in a narrow range before making a final breakout downwards.
In the last couple of days Solana stuck in a consolidation phase in the second phase of the current cycle, fluctuating between $79 and $81 and below the 50-day simple moving average at $86.
If the pattern holds, the continued sideways movement should be interpreted not as a sign of stabilization, but as accumulation of the altcoin before the next stage of decline.
